I am interested in the numerical modeling of fluid dynamics and transport processes in biological systems. Current research interests include cerebrospinal fluid flow, transport, flow in the gastro-intestinal tract, gut transport, peristalsis, dynamics of the gut microbiome, reaction-advection-diffusion processes, the dynamics of bacteria in the presence of fluid flow, and fluid dynamics of autocatalytic reaction fronts.
